Soy sauce (also called soya sauce in British English)is a condiment made from a fermented paste of soybeans, roasted grain, brine, and Aspergillus oryzae or Aspergillus sojae molds. It is also a staple ingredient in many Asian cuisines, especially Southeast Asia. This soy sauce was prepared using mushrooms as well for a slightly different flavor.
