3 Thai bananas
½ cup All purpose flour
½ cup Rice flour
1 T Sugar
1Â T Sesame seed
¼ t Salt
1/3 cup Coconut, grated
2/3 cup Lime stone water
- Peel bananas and slice lengthwise.
- In bowl add flours, sesame seeds, sugar, and grated coconut. Mixed well then add lime stone water mixÂ well together.
- Dip bananas in batter and then deep fry with hot oil.
- Serve hot with ice cream or cream.
Serves: 1 -2 people
