1 C Coconut milk
½ C Coconut cream
3 Whole Bananas
2 T Sugar
1/3 C Salt
1-2 Pandanus leaves
- Peel and cut bananas into quarters
- Boil banana and coconut milk on low heat for 3 min while stirring.
- Add pandanus leaves, sugar, and salt, let simmer, stir constantly.
- Add coconut cream and turn off heat, serve while hot.
