Bananas in Coconut Milk

INGREDIENTS:

1 C  Coconut milk

½ C  Coconut cream

3  Whole Bananas

2 T  Sugar

1/3 C   Salt

1-2   Pandanus leaves

 

PREPARATION:

  1. Peel and cut bananas into quarters
  2. Boil banana and coconut milk on low heat for 3 min while stirring.
  3. Add pandanus leaves, sugar, and salt, let simmer, stir constantly.
  4. Add coconut cream and turn off heat, serve while hot.
